spacious room underfloor heating kitchen garden hot water customer team cold shower
I enjoyed the spacious room. The room included underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel grounds are beautiful I also liked walking in the kitchen garden.
I had no hot water in my room for two days. I complained the first morning and heard nothing. I complained again at reception on the second day.

Really good Stay at a Grand Hotel
extensive grounds tasty breakfast clean room
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and extensive. The breakfast was tasty with many options, especially the full English and continental choices. The room was clean with lovely baby toiletries and even a rubber duck (a nice touch!).
The room key needed frequent reactivation, requiring trips back to reception from the courtyard.

The room was lovely and clean with modern conveniences. There was ample space to hang clothes and store belongings. I particularly appreciated the well-appointed bathroom.

The staff members were very attentive and friendly, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. They were accommodating to families with babies, setting up a cot and ensuring all needs were met. Waiting staff were attentive in the Glasshouse Restaurant.

helpful staff extensive grounds
the hotel provided a very nice experience. staff were helpful throughout THE stay. the grounds were extensive. i also found plenty of parking available.
the hot water in the shower never got hot. i conveyed this issue at reception but received no solution.

the reception staff offered assistance. they arranged transport for an elderly relative to a nearby care home. this included both drop-off and pick-up, exceeding expectations for typical hotel service.
